  4. Purpose of processing personal data
    The personal data is used in Kiilto Family Oy's recruiting assignments in which an employee is being recruited to Kiilto Family Group. The purpose of the processing the personal data is to collect, store and process applicants? personal data to implement the recruitment, communicate about recruitments, preparing statistics and possibly opinion polls. Kiilto Family Oy may use subcontractors in recruitment process who have access to and may process personal data.
  5. Data contents of register
    The register may contain for example the following information
    - basic information about the applicants like name, address, other contact information, date of birth, LinkedIn-profile link
    - information about the job the applicant is interested in
    - information about education, previous jobs, language skills
    - job application, CV, photo and video
    - salary request
    - information of the source the applicant has learned about the vacancy
    - status of the application
    - information about processing the application
  6. Statutory sources of information
    Source of personal data is the applicant him/herself. The status and information about processing the application are from employees of Kiilto Family Group involved in the selection process.
  7. Statutory release of data, including transfer of data outside the EU or the EEC
    Personal data is given for internal use of Kiilto Family Group companies and possibly to subcontractors who take part of the recruitment process. Personal data is not transferred regularly outside the EU or the EEC.
  8. Rights of the data subjects

    Right of access and rectification
    The data subject has the right of access to the data on him/her in personal data file, or to a notice that the file contains no such data. To realize the right of access the data subject should make a written, signed request to the address mentioned above. If the data is erroneous, unnecessary, incomplete or obsolete as regards the purpose of the processing the data subject may request to rectify the personal data by sending the request to the person in charge of the register at the address mentioned above.

    Right to prohibit processing
    The data subject has right to prohibit the processing of his/her data for purposes of distance selling, other direct marketing, market research, opinion polls, public registers or genealogical research by sending the request to the person in charge of the register at the address mentioned above.
  9. Principles of register security and internal use

    Manual files
    Documents handled manually that include personal data are destroyed in an appropriate way after processing the data has ended.

    Electric files
    Rights to use the electric files are restricted to such employees that need the info in their duties. Each user has its own user ID and password which is required to use the system where the tool is embedded. There is access control to premises. Databases are stored in servers and technically protected with firewalls, passwords and other means and located in locked rooms to which only prior named persons can go into. The service provider (LAURA Rekrytointi Ltd) is responsible for technical protection and data protection of recorded data.
